Introduction

The circular vibrating screen adopts cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The material screen has a long flowing line and many screening specifications. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, strong durability, convenient maintenance and safe use. It is widely used in the product classification of mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industry and other industries.

The vibrating screen works by reciprocating vibration produced by vibrator. The upper rotating weight of the vibrator makes the screen surface produce plane whirling vibration, while the lower rotating weight makes the screen surface produce conical rotary vibration, and the combined effect makes the screen surface produce complex rotation vibration. Its vibration track is a complex space curve. The projection of the curve on the horizontal plane is circular, while the projection on the vertical plane is ellipse. The amplitude can be changed by adjusting the exciting force of the up and down rotating weights. By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower heavy hammers, the curve shape of the moving track of the screen surface can be changed and the trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed.

Working principle

It is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the vibration exciter to rotate through the triangle belt. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the vibration exciter, the screen box is vibrated. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the eccentric weight of the exciter.
